You will acquire knowledge, opportunities, and resources, and create a positive impact in your own life, by playing (We utilize the Matrix-Q Method, a gamified, holistic, and data-driven methodology)
We measure, predict, enhance and optimize human capacity with a data-driven holistic and gamified education methodology

Overview

PURPOSE:

The next generation of leaders bridge the skills, knowledge, and mindset gap

CONTENT:

We facilitate personal growth, collective leadership, and holistic entrepreneurship training for the next generation of leaders

OUTCOME:

Acquisition of a skill set, tools, and knowledge, necessary for leaders and entrepreneurs, the current global and local challenges, continuous change, transitions, complexity, and ambiguity.
Including an agile mindset capacity, emotional intelligence, entrepreneur-investor mindset, holistic strategic management, work-life balance capacity, regenerative-circular thinking, and holistic wealth generation capacity, self-sufficiency knowledge, network collaboration, and resilience.

MODALITY:

Holistic learning, challenge-based, learn-play (gamified) learning by doing.

20 min Training Unit
20 min Group Coaching + Homework
20 min Collective Leadership Challenge

TIME TO BE INVESTED

Attendees may attend the sessions once per week, only Mondays, 60 min
And invest in their homework, certificate challenges, and collective leadership challenge for at least 2 more hours/per week

The content has been developed by the Matrix-Q Research Institute. For example, some of the topics included are provided by theMatrix-Q Akademia Schools of Knowledge
The content will be delivered in a unique format according to the concept and terms of service of the Matrix-Q One Network
To access level 2+ of content and collective activities, attendees need to follow the instructions given

CERTIFICATES

Attendees who complete a program, and a number of training sessions, under a specific topic, will be invited to complete a test, in order to receive a certificate (By the Matrix-Q Akademia)

The content is similar to the one we make available at Matrix-Q Club for Entrepreneurs, Investors, Innovators, Influencers & Leaders

Attendees of the Matrix-Q One Program will complete essential modules, receive certificates, points, rewards, and prizes, then access to a new module or the next level of training

TIME INVESTMENT

The Matrix-Q One Program is SLOW but ESSENTIAL

In 20 min attendees will receive concentrated knowledge, packaged in experiential or holistic thinking and learning, distributed over 52 weeks every year, with modules of training that may require at least 3 continuous sessions (Only Mondays), including group coaching, challenges, and self-study.

OTHER MATRIX-Q PROGRAMS & CHALLENGES

The difference between the Matrix-Q One Program and our other programs is that standard programs at the Matrix-Q Ecosystem are individual, with personalized attention, and intensive focus on completion of skills assisted directly by a mentor. At the Matrix-Q One Program, the mentor provides group coaching based on the outcome of the challenges and self-study (homework) tasks.
